General terms for online sales are valid from 1st September 2019.
General
Polarspring.com is an online service and shop managed and supplied by Polar Spring Oy (Business ID 1803614-0). The following terms of order and delivery apply to business transactions between Polar Spring Oy and its consumer customers.
Polar Spring Oy reserves the right to amend these order and delivery terms unilaterally and without notice. Orders are subject to the order and delivery terms currently displayed on the www.polarspring.com website.
Legal amendments take effect immediately as prescribed unless otherwise stipulated.
Polar Spring Oy sells products through its online shop to adult individuals (consumer customers). In consumer transactions, products are ordered using the shopping basket. You can always check the content of your shopping basket by clicking the Shopping Basket button in the upper right corner of the website. All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT, excise duty on soft drinks and bottle recycling fee.
All orders are confirmed by an email message indicating the ordered products, their prices and shipping costs. When placing an order, you must always give your current email address.
We deliver ordered products by transport company Shipit Oy to a pick-up location chosen by the customer. However, products ordered through our website, can only be delivered to an address in Finland.
Payment methods
Products and their shipping costs are paid in connection with the order. In the Polar Spring Oy online shop, you can choose one of the payment methods
provided by Klarna.
Klarna Checkout
Klarna Checkout is a flexible and secure payment method. You can easily choose to pay either with your credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or as an online bank payment directly through your bank (Aktia, Danske Bank, Nordea, OP, S-Pankki and Säästöpankki). You as a consumer are not required to register or pay extra costs for using the payment service. All data transfer and money transactions are SSL secured meaning that no external party can see your personal information. You accept the terms of payment for Klarna before the payment in our webshop. If you have any questions regarding the payment, please be directly in contact with the consumer service at Klarna. Delivery
Products are usually delivered once a week from our bottling plant. As a rule, the delivery time of an order is approximately 10-15 workdays. We send all products ordered by you at the same time unless otherwise agreed. We deliver orders as a post parcel. The shipping costs include postage and packaging. The delivery is managed by Shipit Oy. Exchange and return of products
Natural mineral water is a pure natural product and considered as a grocery according to EU regulations. Observe that there is no right of withdrawal on these products.
Dealing with problems
Please check the content of the delivery immediately after you have received it. In case of any problems, please be in contact with Polar Spring Oy customer service. A possible consumer complaint has to be sent in written within 24 hours to our e-mail address info@polarspring.com . Remember always to include a photo and a detailed description of the defective product.
Business customers
If you wish to buy a larger amount of products, please be in contact directly with our customer service, to agree both on terms of delivery and payment. You can reach us either by phone 010 320 8650 on weekdays between 9 am to 4 pm or by sending us an e-mail to info@polarspring.com . All orders made through our webshop always include VAT. If you wish to order products to another EU country, please be in contact with our customer service.
